A Lifelong Journey of Discovery

From childhood curiosity to global social-intelligence leadership.

At age 6, I was already creating detailed catalogs of reptiles, complete with Latin names, dimensions, and characteristics. This early fascination with organizing and analyzing information laid the foundation for my career in social intelligence.

We are fortunate, at this moment in history, to have such powerful lenses into our own psyches as well as the consciousness and intentions of specific groups. Social-data analysis provides clues that inform laser-specific strategy across every enterprise silo — listening to the entire world, on every topic imaginable, and creating detailed lists of specific targets for brands.

Over 24 years of creating digital and interactive solutions, the constant has been a passion for helping brands understand their audiences at a deeper level — and making sure those insights truly help leadership achieve real business objectives.

  1. 2006–2012

    Web Marketing Therapy

    As VP of Business Development, directed growth and international expansion.

  2. 2009

    Founding & European Market Entry

    Founded The Socializers and entered the European market, helping introduce enterprise social listening to organizations including Ogilvy EU and Unilever — training international teams and building the knowledge systems behind adoption.

  3. 2010

    Global Recognition

    Recognized by JWT Intelligence Global as one of 18 world thought-leaders in social business.

  4. 2011–2012

    FxPro & Banque Havilland

    Led global market studies at FxPro HQ in Limassol and London, and for Banque Havilland in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

  5. 2013–Present

    Retail Forex & Online Trading Sector

    Served many of the world’s major retail forex and online trading entities — delivering social intelligence, audience research, and command-center work across brokerages, funded-account platforms, and the wider proprietary-trading ecosystem.

  6. 2014

    IKEA Command Center

    Designed and implemented the enterprise social-intelligence command center at Inter IKEA Systems in Delft, Holland, on Brandwatch VIZIA.

  7. 2014–Present

    Foundation for the Study of Cycles

    Served as COO, and continue as Special Advisor to the Board, applying cyclical and predictive analytics to client strategy.

  8. 2015

    Clarks Shoes

    Delivered the social-media command center implementation at Clarks HQ in Somerset, UK.

  9. 2016–2021

    Oniracom — Director of Research

    Led proprietary research deriving consumer and brand insight from social and behavioral data to inform targeting, messaging, and campaigns.

  10. 2017–Present

    Converseon — Senior Strategist

    Strategic guidance in social monitoring, audience segmentation, and campaign insight for a roster of global consumer brands, media companies, and agencies.

  11. 2022–Present

    Forex & Prop-Trading Intelligence

    Ongoing formative research mapping the retail-forex, funded-account, and proprietary-trading ecosystem for a range of trading-sector clients, pairing social-listening data with human analyst synthesis.

  12. 2023–Present

    AI Training & The Socializers AI

    Completed advanced AI training and launched the AI arm of The Socializers — adapting and extending open-source multi-agent simulation into MiroFish, a synthetic-audience research practice, and bringing it to market for clients across health, trading, and film.

  13. 2026

    Global Telehealth Initiative

    Research Lead for a global telehealth venture. Designed and deployed a custom MiroFish multi-agent simulation — building the evaluation methodology for generative-UI interaction across a synthetic patient cohort, and co-authoring a real-time multimodal interaction research proposal.

  14. 2026

    Documentary Film Research

    Provided formative audience research for an independent feature documentary, using MiroFish synthetic-audience simulation and social data to model reception, framing, and distribution strategy ahead of release.

  15. 2026

    MiroFish for AI Clientele

    Delivered a dozen-plus MiroFish synthetic-audience engagements for a range of AI and technology clients — synthetic cohort design, generative-UI evaluation, and narrative-risk intelligence across sectors.
